Fish and potato chops with red cabbage

KOTLETY RYBNE
  • INGREDIENTS
  • fillet, e.g. cod – 300g
  • potatoes – about 200g
  • parsley leaves – 1 bunch
  • lemon – 1 pc
  • bay leaf – 2 pcs
  • onion – 1 pc
  • butter – 1 table spoon
  • oil – 300ml
  • oatmeal coating/ breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper

PREPARATION::

Put cleaned fish fillets to a pot, add bay leaves, slice of lemon, a bit of parsley and cook for about 5 minutes.
Drain and mince it.
Add onion – fried in butter – and previously cooked, mashed potatoes.
Season with salt, pepper and chopped parsley leaves.
Mix everything CAREFULLY.
Form chops and cover them with oatmeal coating or breadcrumbs.
Brown it in hot oil.
Serve with red fried cabbage Provitus.
