- INGREDIENTS:
- chicken fillet – 400 g
- Pesto Basilico Sauce Provitus – 160 g
Preparation:
Clean the fillet.
Cut it slightly in a few places.
Smear it thoroughly with the prepared sauce.
Put on aluminium foil.
Pour the rest of pesto on it, wrap and put in the oven heated to 180°C for about 35 minutes.
Open the foil 5 minutes before the end of roasting to let it brown.
Serve hot with e.g. pasta and fresh tomatoes salad.
