PREPARATION:
Clean the meat and tenderize it. Sprinkle it with a pinch of salt and pepper. Smear it with the pesto sauce to cover it entirely. Wrap it in aluminum foil and put in the oven heated to 180°C for about 30 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of roasting unwrap it and cover it with slices of mozzarella. Roast to the moment of cheese melting. Serve hot! Baked potatoes cut in quarters and light coleslaw salad would be perfect additions to the dish.

pesto rosso Provitus – 80g
mozzarella – 100g
oil – 50ml
salt, pepper
basil
