Cut the baguette into slices. Mix an egg with milk and vanilla sugar in a soup plate. Deep slices of baguette in it. Heat butter on a frying pan. Brown the slices in butter on both sides.Sprinkle the toasts with brown sugar and serve with cranberries.
VERSION FOR THE LAZY: mix cranberries with cottage cheese and serve at your own discretion.

50 ml of milk
2 table spoons of clarified butter
brown sugar to sprinkle
